After fermentation according to the méthode traditionelle, the volume is supplemented with selected high quality liqueurs, which perfectly match the taste of the basic beer. This gives an extra full aroma to the Brut beer, ideal for a surprisingly delicious digestive beer.
Dame Jeanne Brut Royal Bourbon is a digestif based on Dame Jeanne Brut d'Anvers. A brut beer according to the méthode traditionelle, with clarification and fermentation in the bottle, followed by a dosage of "Elijah Graig Small Batch Bourbon". An intense taste experience where the natural flavours of brut beer mingle with warm flavours of Bourbon with hints of vanilla, sweet fruit and a subtle smoky flavour.
